Sacraments

Congratulations on the birth of your child! To begin the process of scheduling a baptism, please speak to Fr. Mattingly after Mass.
If you do not live in the area, you will need the permission of your pastor to have your child baptized at St. Therese of Lisieux parish. Once permission has been given, please call the office to schedule the baptismal rite.

Canon law requires a godparent to be a practicing Catholic who has received the Sacraments of Baptism, Confirmation, and the Eucharist, and is at least 16 years old. They should be a model of faith for the child.
-
Congratulations on your engagement! Please contact the parish office at least 9, but preferably 12 months prior to your desired wedding date to begin the marriage preparation process. This will include meeting with a priest several times and attending a marriage preparation course.
